In September, I had a fantastic stay at this place where the modern interior and high-class, quiet rooms provided a comfortable experience; I would choose to stay here again due to the extremely comfy beds.

Located perfectly with beautiful view over Grasse and la Cote Azur. The old village of Mougins offers numerous galleries and the newly opened MMoCa, featuring a sublime selection of ancient arts mixed with select work of Picasso and other modern artists. The restaurants in the village are of high standard yet acceptably priced. Cannes and the beaches are merely a 20 min drive away, and there are several great gold courses nearby. Le Mas Candille provides a lovely sanctuary with restful environment by any of the 3 pools, or in a secluded lounge bed. If one is in need of exercise, then play some boule or table tennis or hit the small outdoor gym at the Shiseido spa. The only upgrade this hotel needs, now that it received its 5th star, is new beds. They are old and make unfortunate noise - which can be particularly enjoying if you are roomed next to newly weds ; )

During our stay at the hotel, we had the pleasure of attending a soiree music night at the poolside restaurant. The setting was absolutely perfect, with a stunning sunset over the hills. The ambiance was relaxed and chic, capturing the true essence of French culture. I had contacted the head sommelier beforehand to arrange a surprise for my friend's birthday, and he went above and beyond to make it special. The food, although small portions, was of high quality and perfectly suited for the warm weather. We enjoyed a three-course meal, coffee, and two glasses of wine, all for a reasonable price. The two-piece band performing, Alter ego, was incredibly impressive. The service was excellent, and the staff were accommodating, even to my limited French. It was a wonderful evening to celebrate my friend's birthday.

The balcony, the view, the calmness
1) No full length mirror in the room-unacceptable at Euro 275 per night 2) We had to leave suddenly in the late afternoon of the last night of our stay due to medical emergency and full cost of room charged for last night of stay -not a way to assure returning customers! 3) extras (eg 5 Euro for diet coke in mini bar) exceptionally expensive

The staff were discrete - always there if we wanted something, but not intrusive.

Stunningly beautiful area and magnificent place to stay. The views from the window were breathtakingly beautiful and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. The food and wine were exquisite, and the service was attentive and genuine. The breakfast offered lots of fresh fruit and delicious French bread. The pools and spa were clean, safe, secure, and tranquil. Their massages were wonderfully competent and their swimming pool crystal clear with a sensational view.

The hotel had lots of character, staff were friendly (we made lots of requests from asking for iphone adopter, which they had, to renting a car and canceling it 2 hours before it was supposed to arrive.) The staff were helpful and spoke English. Room service food was also great. It was quiet (low season we went begining of April.
phone broke down late in the evening they could not get anyone out until the next day. so

The location was gorgeous with beautiful views
For a 5 star hotel I was disappointed in the level of service. Some staff were fantastic but others were verging on rude, particularly in regard to me being a solo traveller
